Our road network reaches every European Union member state, the Balkans, the Scandinavian countries, Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS. We run both full loads (FTL) and part loads (LTL / groupage) in each direction, so a single pallet and a full trailer are handled with the same weekly departure discipline.
Yes. Transport, customs clearance and documentation are managed on one file by one team. Because the customs entry is prepared while the goods are still in transit, the declaration is ready when the vehicle reaches the border, which is where most avoidable delays occur.
FTL means the vehicle is dedicated to your cargo alone, which gives the shortest transit time and the fewest handling points. LTL and groupage mean your consignment shares space with other shipments and is charged on the space it occupies, which is more economical for volumes below roughly fifteen pallets.
It depends on where you want your responsibility for cost, risk and customs formalities to end. EXW places almost everything on the buyer, DDP places almost everything on the seller, and the rules in between share the burden in different proportions. Our Incoterms 2020 guide sets out all eleven rules, and our team will model the landed cost for the options you are considering.
We arrange temperature-controlled transport for perishable and pharmaceutical cargo, and we accept dangerous goods (DGR / ADR) subject to the correct classification, packing and documentation. Please share the UN number, packing group and safety data sheet with your enquiry so that we can confirm acceptance before booking.
